Mortgage Customer Service Representative


LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ to hire on a contract basis a Mortgage Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, proficiency with MSP Mortgage software, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.


Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage clients via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing.
  
  
• Utilize MSP Mortgage software to access, update, and manage customer accounts.
  
  
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and servicing questions.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
  
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  
  
• Proficiency with MSP Mortgage software
  
  
• Experience speaking with customers over the phone
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
  
  

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
