Loan Officer

LoanOfficer: Asa mortgage loan originator, you'll be responsible for assisting clients in findingthe right home loan for their situation and needs. The selected candidatemust be self-motivated and a multi-tasker. It’s important to be detail orientedand have excellent communication and organizational skills. You’ll need topossess a sales ability with demonstrated marketing to the real estate community.Knowledge of lending regulations, loan requirements and general finance is amust. A minimum of one year as a mortgage loan officer is required. LoanProcessor: This skilled position is responsible for getting eachloan approved and funded. Knowledge of lending regulations and loan requirementsis a must. You'll be coordinatingloans for conventional A through D paper, Jumbo, ALT-A, FHA, and VA. You'llalso be using both LP and DU. It's important to be detail oriented and be capableof multi-tasking.
