Responsibilities

• Draft professional correspondence, emails, and formal documents on behalf of the logistics team

• Screen and manage inbound email communications and direct inquiries appropriately

• Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements

• Answer inbound telephone calls and assist callers in a professional manner

• Welcome and assist onsite guests, ensuring a positive experience

• Develop and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

• Provide general office support and complete occasional errands as needed

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish — required

• Previous experience in office administration or a related field
