Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Route calls to the appropriate departments
- Excellent customer service.
- Implement effective filing and organizational systems.
- Ensure patient satisfaction, address complaints, and develop improvement strategies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and professional communication.
- Knowledge of continuous process improvement practices.
- Ability to professionally interact with a diverse range of individuals.
