The culture of FlexSteel can be described as energetic and passionate, which is felt daily throughout the Company./ppFlexSteel embodies teamwork with a focus on hiring top talent and developing employees./ppstrongSUMMARY/strong/pulliResponsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to location personnel, including regional-based personnel./li/ulpstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying./liliMaintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms./liliSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements./liliPrepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails./liliPrepare support materials for all Services training requirements and new hire on-boarding./liliMaintain field staff SalesForce profiles, including but not limited to Certifications, Applications, safety training records, Customer orientations, etc./liliValidate field staff hour reporting documented on daily field tickets, including HSE documents./liliCoordinate event planning as well as meal ordering for special events./liliMaintain office supplies./liliSpecial projects or assignments as directed by management./li/ulpstrongSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliNone/li/ulpstrongEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./liliThree (3) to five (5) years of experience preferred./liliIntermediate language skills, mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning ability./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliMS Word, Excel, and Outlook/liliAbility to multi-task and maintain deadlines./liliAbility to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments./liliThis position may require:/liulliPre-employment drug screening/liliBackground checks/liliMedical examinations/liliSafety certifications/liliValid drivers license/liliAbility to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)/liliWorking in various weather conditions/liliTravel to remote locations/li/ulliCactus Companies maintains a drug-free workplace and participates in E-Verify./li/ulpstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS/strong/pullistrongOffice Positions:/strong This position generally operates in a professional office environment.
