Join Allied Universal as a driving Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This role combines vehicle-based responsibilities with customer service, supporting daily operations with an agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first approach built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for the distribution and warehouse location, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support truck gate and dock access activity by confirming appointments, checking identification, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, and/or restricted access issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or policy violations within varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
