This Is More Than a Traditional Dental Assistant Role

We are looking for an experienced clinical professional who understands how valuable a highly skilled EDDA can be to a doctor, a patient, and an entire dental team.

 

You'll play an important role in creating efficient clinical flow, anticipating the doctor's needs, educating and reassuring patients, supporting comprehensive treatment, utilizing advanced dental technology, and helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall health.

 

We want you to use your skills, continue developing them, and take pride and ownership in the role you play within the practice.

 

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years preferred, 5+ ideal, of dental assisting experience, including strong expanded-duty clinical skills.
• Communicate confidently and compassionately with patients.
• Are comfortable with modern dental technology and eager to continue learning.
• Take initiative and anticipate what is needed rather than waiting to be directed.
• Value organization, efficiency, accountability, and excellent clinical care.
