Quality Inspector

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Inspector for a top Oil and Gas client. This individual will be highly motivated to thrive in a team environment. Under direct supervision, this individual will be directly responsible for performing quality evaluations on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, prescribed methods, and instructions. They will perform inspections of various operations activities, report non-conformance to known standards using various measuring and testing methods, and perform final adjustments. In addition, they will generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notify operations and Quality Assurance/Quality Control management of significant problems, and complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 21+
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in quality inspection
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience doing physical inspection


Experience using micrometers, calibers, or other inspection tools


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with Excel
- CMM operator or programming and running CMM
- Manufacturing experience
- Surface plate inspection
