Honda Service Advisor

Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-Time Department: Service Bay Ridge Honda is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our high‑volume, fast‑paced service team. This is a full‑time opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering great customer experiences, communicates clearly, and works well in a structured, team‑oriented environment. We are looking for a professional who understands the service drive, values organization, and is ready to help customers feel informed and supported throughout the service process. What You’ll Do: Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Write repair orders, provide estimates, and present recommended services. Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process. Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and stay up to date with Honda processes. Help the team meet daily and monthly performance goals. Requirements: 1+ years of service advisor or customer‑facing automotive experience preferred. Honda or other OEM experience is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional, calm, and composed under pressure. Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
