Assurance, Technology Risk Manager (Multiple Positions) Location: Atlanta, GA. Company: Ernst & Young U.S. LLP. This role focuses on planning and executing IT‑related external and internal audit and attestation procedures, providing audit and attestation services that highlight risk‑management value, and delivering high‑quality engagements that address financial, operational, and compliance risks while offering insights and value to clients. Responsibilities Plan and perform IT‑related external and internal audit and attestation procedures for private and public companies. Apply professional standards, including PCAOB rules, regulations, and AICPA attestation standards. Apply IT‑related, data‑analytics, and internal‑control knowledge to address risks, strengthen internal control, and improve business performance. Understand the client’s industry, recognize key performance drivers, identify emerging technology and industry developments. Stay informed of general business and economic developments and their effects on the client. Manage and motivate diverse teams of professionals. Monitor engagement progress and consistently deliver quality client services. Maintain long‑term client relationships, networks, and cultivate business‑development opportunities. Work full time Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Travel up to 50% required; up to 15% may be international. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate related experience as an IT auditor and/or IT risk adviser in a public accounting firm, professional services firm, or industry. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of related experience as above. Minimum 3 years of experience applying relevant IT audit skills in audit engagements as a Financial Audit IT integration leader on own engagement. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity focused on financial audit IT in public company audits. Minimum 3 years of experience supervising audit professionals performing the IT portion of the audit (IT general controls, ERP, application knowledge, system implementation, audit knowledge, etc.). Minimum 3 years of experience supervising integration with the financial audit team on application controls, IPE, and IT dependent manual controls. Eligibility to obtain a CPA, CA, CISA, CIPP, CGEIT, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CIPT, CRISC, CMA, or a relevant certification within one year of hire. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $115,690.00 per year. Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time‑off options. Hybrid model with expectation of 40–60% in‑person collaboration.
