Immediate Job Opportunity for Building Inspector

Overview The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Building Inspector for a prominent client. Location: Ft Pierce/Pinellas County/ Melbourne, FL (Multiple locations). Onsite/Remote: 100% remote traveling to client sites . Duration: 12+ Months (with extension/conversion to hire). Hourly Rate on W2: $39/hr . Responsibilities The employee designs the optimal route for inspections and completes inspections in a timely fashion, providing the client with professional opinion on whether inspections conform or do not conform with the Florida building code. The employee completes inspections based on the Florida building code, approved plans, and the approved permit. During the eight-hour day, the employee refers to the defined criteria when completing inspections. Provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements. All results for the day are provided within eight hours after starting the assigned shift, but no later than allowed by the client. When assigned a tablet for result entry, the employee enters results in a timely fashion. Qualifications Florida licenses required. Ideal candidate would come from industry (government services). An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator license is required.
