You build others up while getting things done. Sales Floor Presence & Execution: You lead from the floor — clear, calm, and in control (but never micromanaging). Strategic Agility: You stay cool under pressure and pivot like a pro when the day throws curveballs. Culture & Leadership Style: You bring the energy — positive vibes, high expectations, and a lot of team spirit. Integrity & Accountability: You mean what you say and follow through. Your team trusts you — and you trust them. What You Bring to the Team 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results. Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required. You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus. Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
