Our Huntsville-based client is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is an in-office job in Huntsville with some hybrid flexibility.
The successful candidate will support a mid-sized and growing test, technology and engineering company serving the Department of Defense.
This role will involve leading and optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will partner closely with hiring managers, apply strategic sourcing methods, and represent our client with professionalism and care.
You will help shape the future of your company's workforce by identifying exceptional talent, improving recruitment efficiencies, and supporting initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging candidate experience.
