Employment Litigation Paralegal
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the Employment Law Group, the full-time Employment Litigation Paralegal will manage a variety of employment-related legal matters, including litigation and compliance initiatives, while collaborating with attorneys, HR partners, and outside counsel. Key responsibilities
Assist attorneys in managing federal and state court litigation, arbitration, and administrative agency charges Coordinate compliance initiatives related to employment law and support discovery tasks across multiple cases Lead the collection and analysis of legal materials and data to support ongoing legal matters Required qualifications High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of paralegal-level work experience, or a Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate with 2 years of related experience Proven expertise in employment litigation support, including legal processes and terminology Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment agencies and experience drafting agency responses Demonstrated proficiency with electronic discovery and case management systems Strong research skills and ability to analyze legal documents and regulations effectivelyVacancy posted 1 day ago
