Position: CNAPay Range: $23.00-$26.70/HR DOELocation: Parkside Care, 308 W. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shiftObserve residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurseDocument resident food and fluid intakeMake resident's bed and keep their living areas clean and tidyTransport residents within the facilityAssist nurses and other staff as needed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registryExcellent interpersonal skillsFast and adaptive problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsPhysical strength and staminaFirst aid and CPR certifications Caldera Cares for you!Competitive pay scaleFull benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401k Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time off Grow with Caldera Tuition Reimbursement Clinical ScholarshipsContinued EducationLeadership trainingScholarship Programs Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Parkside Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
