ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will contribute to the health and recovery of patients in critical condition.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions to determine necessary interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-hospital care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
A minimum of 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
