About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the strategic and operational financial planning processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and interpreting revenue and expense trends, and for communicating key financial insights to senior executives and operational teams. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor in the budgeting, reforecasting, and financial outlook processes, and championing continuous improvement in financial models and processes. The VP will also be a key player in G&A and headcount forecasting, advanced reporting and analysis, and will fully own division-level financials, including annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning. Applicants for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in FP&A, particularly in the payroll, financial services, or related industries. A strong accounting background is essential, with a minimum of 5 years' accounting experience. The role requires a candidate with exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and strategic skills, as well as the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders. Strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also key competencies. The VP will be expected to be proactive, self-motivated, and to build and maintain trust while working with confidential data and projects.
