Associate Regional Vice President We are seeking an Associate Regional Vice President. This is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors covering a specific territory. The primary goal is to close and successfully transition clients to a WEG Advisor. The ideal candidate demonstrates a broad understanding of wealth management practices, financial planning, and relationship building, with the ability to strategically grow and expand the business. This is a remote position; candidates should live within the territory (Boston Area) and be willing to travel to client sites. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. Compensation: The expected pay range for this RVP position is $175k – 225k annually. The range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, credentials, and productivity. Primary Job Functions Partner directly with the senior RVP to increase market share and grow territory by managing relationships with custodial partners Participate in sponsored events, branch meetings, client events, etc. Educate on WEG’s resources, value proposition, solutions and services Conduct regular presentations on WEG’s capabilities Educate and communicate various investment strategies and solutions Source and close prospects Educate custodial clients on the WEG financial planning process Profile and understand prospective client needs Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisor Partner, educate and work with WEG Advisors across the country Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and be proficient in advisor/client facing technology Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or related field Series 65, Series 7 & 66 or advanced designation such as a CFP, CFA or CIMA Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the wealth management industry Prior experience as an advisor / wealth manager, managing clients (preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills Ability to travel up to 50% Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures Comprehensive Benefits Offerings Training and professional development Medical, dental and vision coverage (Available to full-time employees and their families) Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical, dependent and transit expenses Life and AD&D insurance – employer paid and voluntary options Short-term and long-term disability, workers compensation – employer paid 401k with match and profit sharing Wellness programs and resources Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance 18 days of paid time off (PTO), accrued annually (25 PTO days after 4 years of service) 12 paid holidays each year (10 pre-determined and 2 floating days) Paid parental leave and paid caregiver leave (Caregiver leave available after 6 months of tenure) Reimbursement for tuition, licensing and other credentials (Available after meeting service requirements) Equal Opportunity Employer Wealth Enhancement is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled and veterans.
