As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.* Must possess basic computer skills* Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse* Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferredEssential Functions:* Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan ensuring each individual’s optimal health and wellbeing* Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks* Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations* Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory* Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met* Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor* Performs all other duties as assignedHourly: $36.00 SR88FF This position will remain open until filled.
