What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in ICU and Med Surg units
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver optimal care standards
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately
• Float regularly between ICU and Med Surg units
• Adhere to hospital policies and professional nursing standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Minnesota RN license (or active temporary license)
• At least 1 year of ICU or Med Surg experience
• Strong clinical skills and bedside manner
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in a hospital setting in a similar role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment This role is based at a leading facility in Maple Grove, MN, specializing in patient-centered care across ICU and Med Surg units. Clinicians will be expected to float regularly, providing flexible and responsive nursing support across multiple units to ensure excellent patient outcomes and compliance with hospital standards.
