Project Director / Project Manager / Construction Project Director Finland (EU Passport Holders – International Rotation Available) €150,000 - €180,000 basic + benefits Permanent role A Project Director is required to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major construction project in Finland, with full responsibility across cost control, programme management, commercial performance, quality assurance and stakeholder coordination. This is a senior delivery leadership role suited to experienced construction professionals who can operate at both strategic and hands‑on project level. You will be responsible for managing complex, multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors, vendors and consultants across a high‑value, technically demanding construction environment.
