Quality Control Associate, Inbound

Overview Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) located in New Jersey and Arizona are where the magic happens. The Quality Control Associate, Inbound is responsible for inspecting, auditing, recording, and updating quality attributes of inbound functions. Responsibilities Conduct inspections in accordance with audit guidelines and UPH (units per hour) or PPH (parcels per hour) expectations Collaborate with training and development to identify and execute training and communication Communicate knowledge, process, and skill gaps in accordance with inspections and audits Uphold and maintain company brand standards Collaborate with QC, training lead, and outbound team Validate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Develop a positive culture of learning, improvement, and total quality management Complete attribution and quality checks for drop‑ship inventory items Qualifications Basic understanding of QC metrics (e.g., pass vs. fail, % of errors, parcels vs. units per hour) Comprehensive understanding of functional areas to be audited Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent time‑management skills Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail with proven audit experience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Google Forms (preferred) Compensation, Benefits, and Perks Hourly base pay of $21.00 with incentive pay based on performance and quota targets achieved $50 monthly food credits for on‑site snacks and meals Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid parental leave 9 paid company holidays 18 paid time off (PTO) days, accruing from the first day of work State‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled warehouse facility The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods.
