We have systems in place, but they need serious work. We need someone who can assess what we have, fix what isn’t working, build what doesn’t exist, and develop the people who run it. About Us Restoration 1 of Texas Hill Country and Restoration 1 of San Antonio North provide 24/7 emergency restoration services across the greater San Antonio area. We’ve built a strong reputation for quality work, professionalism, and genuine care for our customers. Now we’re scaling—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. What You’ll Own Audit existing systems and SOPs; identify gaps and build what’s missing across all service lines Manage, coach, and develop department heads; drive a culture of accountability and high performance Track job costs, COGS, and direct labor—and hold the team to targets Prepare and manage the annual operations budget Oversee subcontractor evaluation, negotiation, and contract compliance Manage equipment, vehicles, and supply inventory Ensure accurate flow of production documentation from the field to the office Drive customer satisfaction and quality ratings above company benchmarks Implement new technology that improves how we deliver services Oversee staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations Who You Are 5+ years in operations management, including managing other managers Proven track record in building or significantly improving systems inside a growing company Strong financial literacy—you can read a P&L, track KPIs, and translate numbers into action A people developer who holds teams accountable without burning them out Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Broad business background spanning operations, HR, admin, and/or sales Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software platforms Restoration industry experience is a plus, not a requirement—experience in drive, integrity, and the ability to build systems that scale is essential What We Value Integrity—doing what you say and not cutting corners Ownership—treating this business as if it were yours Coaching mindset—making the people around you better Adaptability—thriving in an ever‑changing environment Excellence—setting a high bar for yourself and your team, and holding it What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus tied to company growth and operational results A direct seat at the leadership table—your voice matters here The opportunity to build systems that will shape how this company operates for years to come Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options Paid time off and ongoing professional development How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief description of a system or process you built or significantly improved—and what the result was.
