WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Own email campaign strategy and execution from end-to-end, building and writing targeted outreach sequences using platforms like SourceWhale and ATS/CRM tools to convert prospects.

• Synthesize industry intelligence from advisor meetings into strategic content ideas, analyzing trends across Mining, Manufacturing, and Semiconductor verticals.

• Lead end-to-end event execution by identifying high-ROI industry conferences, conducting pre-event target research, briefing teams, and running post-event nurture campaigns.

• Measure and optimize campaign data, tracking outreach performance and adjusting strategy to continuously elevate converted pipeline.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Proven background in B2B email marketing and copy creation, demonstrating success in writing high-converting subject lines, segmenting lists, and optimizing performance metrics.

• Track record in end-to-end event planning and pipeline integration, from researching target events to executing structured post-event lead nurturing.

• Advanced analytical and synthesis skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level expert conversations into actionable marketing assets.

• Experience utilizing outreach platforms, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), or recruitment tools (SourceWhale, Bullhorn ATS) to execute multi-touch initiatives.
