Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving state-of-the-art large language models.
• Create high-quality data to inform the future of AI innovation by developing difficult problems in your domain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance .
• Provide structured feedback to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine , Healthcare , Statistics , Data Science , AI/ML Research , Computer Science , Game Development , or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering .
• High attention to detail .
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills .
