Maintenance Qualifications

Anticipated maintenance qualifications:

• General maintenance experience preferred
• Must pass physical examination
• Must be able to lift unassisted a minimum of 50 pounds
• Boilers License preferred (attach a copy) or must earn a Black Seal License within 1 year of employment
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrates the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, as work requires
• Demonstrates the ability to operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to provide temperatures appropriate to the season
• Demonstrates the ability to operate snow removal equipment
• Demonstrates the ability to replace wiring, switches, faucets, plumbing fixtures and the like
• Demonstrates basic carpentry skills and proficiency in the use of carpenter's power and hand tools

Salary - Step 1 - $47,000 to be prorated based on start date
