The Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center (ASLMC) Electrophysiology Clinic is a premier destination for advanced arrhythmia management and cutting-edge device therapies. Located primarily within the St. Lukes Medical Offices at 2801 W Kinnickinnic River Parkway, Suite 777 and Aurora Sinai and operating within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with dedicated EP laboratories and hybrid procedure suites, our highly collaborative team unites board-certified electrophysiologists, advanced practice providers, fellow device nurses, and dedicated cardiac technicians to deliver seamless, top-tier continuity of care. In this fast-paced, outpatient clinic environment, you will serve as a vital clinical expert, patient educator, and liaisonblending clinical technical mastery with compassionate, patient-centered care to significantly improve outcomes for complex arrhythmia patients across the region.

Were Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

ACLS Certification.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

What Youll Do:

Schedule:




Part time (approximately 20 hours weekly) Monday-Friday. Schedule varies between 7:30am 4:30pm; may be 4 or 8-hour shifts. Travel required primarily between St. Lukes and Sinai but availability to occasionally travel to outlying clinics in the Milwaukee area is necessary.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• 
  Must sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, and reach above shoulders throughout the workday.

  Ability to lift 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other team member, when available.
  
  



• 
  Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case- by -case basis.
  
  



• 
  Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine-hand manipulation skills.
  
  



• 
  Will be exposed to the following hazards on a frequent basis: mechanical, electrical, chemical, blood and body fluids. Will be required to wear protective clothing and equipment as needed.

  Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
