Resident Care Aide

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated per diem Resident Care Aide. Schedule and Salary Per diem. Hourly rate $16.00–$17.00, plus shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends. Resident Care Aide Responsibilities Assisting memory‑impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while preserving dignity and promoting independence. Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights. Maintaining and documenting proper records of care. Immediately reporting changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, unmet personal‑care needs, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc. Promoting and encouraging resident participation in community activities. Resident Care Aide Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required or preferred. One year of caregiving experience preferred.
