Advanced Clinical Pharmacist: Lead Policy and Patient Care

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for its HCA Florida Westside Hospital location in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will ensure the safe and effective pharmaceutical care for patients. You will act as a patient advocate, lead pharmacy services, and work closely with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should hold a B.S. or Pharm D. degree, have completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency, and possess substantial inpatient hospital experience.
