Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community
Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
Manage rent collections, budgets, and financial performance
Ensure excellent resident service and timely resolution of concerns
Supervise and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and property standards
Partner with regional leadership to drive community success

Qualifications

2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required ( Entrata experience preferred )
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
