Main Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored reading and math support to students with special needs in a per diem capacity
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational staff to implement IEPs and academic accommodations
• Monitor student progress, documenting and reporting growth and areas for improvement
• Create a positive, encouraging learning space that promotes confidence and academic success
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing planning sessions as required
