Customer Care Representative

Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking to hire for Customer Care Specialists to join a high-volume contact center environment supporting customer interactions within a banking/financial services setting. This role is focused on delivering a strong customer experience while efficiently resolving inquiries across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, navigating various internal systems to resolve customer issues, and maintaining performance against established service-level expectations. Individuals in this role will be expected to take full ownership of each interaction, exercising sound judgment and identifying the best resolution for the customer.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication throughout each interaction.

$20/hr-$24//hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education

Skills and Requirements

1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience

Direct banking or financial services call center experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls

Experience multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to independently resolve customer issues and know when to escalate

Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Teller, branch banking, or financial operations background

Experience working in metrics-driven environments (SLAs, KPIs, AHT, etc.)

Ability to manage escalated or complex customer interactions

Experience identifying customer needs and generating referrals or additional service opportunities
