Skilled Nursing Facilities | Multiple Locations Available (CA)

• 13-Week Contracts
• 36–38 Hours per Week
• $57–$70/hr, depending on experience
• Start ASAP

Compensation

Your Role

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide OT services to short-term rehab & long-term care residents
• Document progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

• Active California or Arizona OT license (dependent upon assignment state)

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Ready to start ASAP
• Must be authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.
