Responsibilities Title : Occupational Therapist Location / work environment : In‑facility Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans and deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
