As a Financial Specialist, you will provide exceptional member service while supporting transactions, account services, loan support, and product recommendations that help members reach their financial goals.What You'll DoProvide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming, professional branch experience.Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, account openings, and other financial transactions.Guide members through account and loan processes with clarity, accuracy, and care.Recommend products and services that support members' financial needs and goals.Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.What We're Looking ForOne to three years of experience in banking, finance, customer service, sales, or a related field.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to guide members through financial conversations and recommend solutions that meet their needs.Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.At SCCU, our mission is to provide superior service while delivering products and services that meet the financial needs of our members.
