Billing Specialist

Case Manager Qualifications: Motivation and passion Multitasking and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Driver’s license Familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to write and speak clearly and represent the company positively Responsibilities: Understand the surrogacy process and guide surrogates throughout the journey Build strong relationships and create a pleasant client‑centric experience for surrogates Schedule appointments, follow up on results and request records for surrogates Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent performance Utilize the CRM system to track and complete daily tasks Take initiative to take actions and solve problems in a timely fashion Perform other duties as assigned Billing Specialist Qualifications: Equivalent to a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Responsibilities: Provide GC and IP onboarding finance consultations and billing guidance throughout the journey Review GCA, follow contract verbiage, and report special cases Open/close accounts, monitor account balance, request funding, handle payment, and collect reimbursements Provide billing reports to management Process work requests related to billing output Provide billing documentation to internal and external auditors for compliance Book flights and hotel Order Amazon items, flowers, and groceries Process GC payment three times a month Record agency fees Update escrow account amount Perform other duties as assigned Able to commute to office: 3200 East Guasti Road, Suite 100, Ontario, CA 91761 Marketing Data Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related market research disciplines Responsibilities: Research market conditions in the fertility services industry by designing research format and methodology for data collection to identify potential opportunities Research and track data regarding new clients and new surrogates from different locations and seasons Calculate data to identify regularity and create tables displaying industry trends Collect and analyze sales and market data Forecast and track monthly sales activity Provide analysis of prior month’s data and present strategies for upcoming month to management to guide investment decisions Examine and analyze statistical data and reports on industry trends related to Joy of Life®'s marketing position in terms of service offerings, development, and pricing Identify new market opportunities and review financial packets/deals with overseas agencies to explore growth opportunities Evaluate existing customers, analyze their needs, and prepare customized packages for them Represent the company at forums and conferences in the fertility field to maintain industry knowledge and improve operations Compare and calculate IVF and IUI data by age range to determine success rates of various clinics Provide weekly/monthly reporting indicating productivity and growth Perform B2B marketing data research to keep Joy of Life® competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr
