Accounting Clerk

A growing professional services organization is seeking an entry-level Accounting Clerk to support their finance and project teams. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering strong exposure to accounts payable, vendor management, and project financial operations. This a hybrid position with very limited onsite needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices
• Set up and maintain new vendors in the accounting system
• Assist with data entry and maintenance within an ERP system
• Support project-related financial and administrative workflows
• Monitor shared inboxes and handle communication with internal teams and vendors
• Provide general administrative support to finance and project teams

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with A/P, accounting support, or administrative experience preferred
• Exposure to an ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly reliable, organized, and motivated to develop within accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
