Main Requirements:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, friendly smile upon arrival 

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members 

• Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front office environment 

• Manage meeting room setups, client check-ins, and hospitality 

• Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and basic admin tasks 

• Support the operations team with light clerical responsibilities 

• Deliver an exceptional first impression to everyone who walks through our door
