Description As aSenior Directorin ourWork,Rewardsand Careers (WRC)practice, you willlead and partnerwith Senior Directors tosell anddeliverhuman capitalengagementsforFinancial Servicesclients.You willoversee consulting engagements(either directly or through project managers) whileservingas astrategicthought partnerto senior colleaguesin developing customized client solutions.You willalsoprovide coaching and mentorship to junior colleagues. Ourprojectsrange in scope fromtargetedsolutions to broad cross-line-of-businessengagements,includingM&A transactionssupport andtotal rewardsstrategy andoptimization. We support clients acrossa full rangeofWork, Rewards and Careersdisciplines, including: Rewards: Rewards strategydesign and optimization Compensation philosophydesign Competitive compensationmarketanalyses Annual andlong-term incentiveprogram design Sales incentive program design Pay for performance and salesforce effectiveness Pay equity and pay fairness assessments Careers and Work Jobarchitecture design Competency and skills frameworks Performance management Workforce analytics and planning Functional/organization structure design Career philosophy/strategy You willalsosupport the continued revenue growthof the Work & Rewards line of business andWTWoverallbycontributing toindustry roundtables andmarketinginitiatives, performing industry/topical research,developing intellectual capital, andparticipatingin our firm’sFinancialServices industryteam. The Role Some of your main responsibilities will include: Servingas the leadconsultanton client projectsoras thesecondary lead oncomplexengagements, developingreward strategiesthatalign with theclient’sbroaderhuman capital strategy and support the client’s business goals. Managingmultiple and complex project engagementstoensureprofitable revenue forWTW,strongassociate engagement and development,and high client satisfaction. Leading or co-leadingbusinessdevelopmentbyfacilitatingdiscovery discussions with prospects and developinganddelivering proposals. Buildingcollaborativeclientrelationshipsto understand their business andchallenges, strengthen the quality of ourconsultinginsights,andexpand WTW’sservice offering into newareas. Thinkingstrategically in partnering with clients todevelopinnovateapproaches to solving their businesschallenges. Providinghigh quality consulting advice,accurateanalysesandcompellingdeliverablesforsenior leadersatclientorganizations. Usingclear,effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationto deliver detailed findings,analysesand recommendations to senior leaders. Leveragingand managing the work of junior staff, providing coaching and on-going feedback. Demonstratingleadership ability by effectively mentoringconsultants and analysts. Serving asa positive role model ofWTWvalues andcontributeto building an employer of choice culture of top performing associates committed to client satisfaction,teamworkand excellence in all that is done. Contributing to the development of new tools and approaches. Contributing to the external visibility of WTW’s brand through intellectual capital generation, drafting articles, and attending and speaking at relevant conferences. Qualifications The Requirements A minimum of10years ofbroad-based rewardsdesignexperiencewithin Financial Services, gained through consulting or similarly consultative corporate environments. Familiarity withproduct offerings,organizationalmodels, operating models, andincentivestructuresatasset and/or wealth management firms. Experience in designing incentive programs thateffectivelyalign pay with performancefor sales and investment professionals Exceptionalanalytical skills, with the ability tointerpretquantitative and qualitativedatato diagnose and resolve complex issues. Creative,analyticaland results-driven,with theability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from dataand communicateinsightseffectively. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability toleadinternal teams and coordinateeffectivelywithclient partners. Executive presence withstrongand persuasive oral and written communication skills. Strong client relationship skills, withthe ability to influencesenior leadershipandwork across all levels of an organization. Proven ability to lead and develophigh-performingteams ofconsulting professionals. Mentoring/coaching skills. Working knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $157,000 - $236,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
