As the IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for sustaining and troubleshooting the networked devices and cloud-connected infrastructure that power our products and teams. You're a hands-on technical leader who works with our robot engineers and outside contractors to expand and maintain the infrastructure that enables our business. You will focus on systems-level thinking and allocate resources appropriately to support our products and users, as well as develop the next set of tools needed to grow at scale.What You'll DoMaintain and expand the organization's IT infrastructureEvaluate and implement projects that result in increased organizational efficiencies across all of Information and Data needsManage our 24/7 IT support for both products and people.Iterate quickly without compromising quality and raise the bar on operational excellenceInfluence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineeringRequirementsAssociate Certification or BS in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or equivalent experienceExperience with corporate AI and ML Governance and best practices3+ years of experience in IT as Systems AdministratorProficiency with Linux, Windows, Mac OSScripting in Bash and PythonNetworking, including wifi, IP routing, VPN, VLAN, VPCs, routers, firewalls.Cloud services such as AWS and GCPGoogle Workspace administrationSlack administrationVendor managementExperience using a ticket system (JIRA preferred) to manage work and track system changesDocumentation of systems, processes, and proceduresTraining and technical guidance for end users (technical and non-technical)Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressureAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyCustomer service orientationAvailable to work onsite daily in Pasadena, CAAdded MultipliersInformation SecurityComplianceAWS access control (IAM)Github administrationMeraki network administrationGrafana dashboardsAWS certificationCompensation $80,000-$105,000 + Benefits The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base salary range for candidates residing in the Los Angeles Metro area and excludes additional earnings such as bonus and benefits.
