Role Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist will support a high volume accounts payable environment and play an important role in ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong full cycle AP experience who is comfortable managing significant transaction volume while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process high volume accounts payable transactions accurately and within established deadlines Perform three way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, supporting documentation, and accuracy Research and resolve invoice, purchase order, and receiving discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation Partner with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment related issues Support AP reporting, reconciliations, and month end activities as needed Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives Key Requirements Three or more years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience Proven experience working within a high volume invoice processing environment Strong hands on experience with three way matching Experience working with a large ERP system Bachelor's degree Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes and competing deadlines Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment Preferred Skills JD Edwards experience Experience processing approximately 1,000 or more AP transactions per week Experience researching and resolving purchase order and invoice discrepancies Experience partnering across accounting, purchasing, and operational teams Strong organizational and problem solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
