Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to follow safety protocols.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or related labor-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Certification in OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety training.
• Ability to operate light machinery such as forklifts or skid steers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Prepare and clean work areas by removing debris, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing tools and materials as needed.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling components as directed.
• Maintain equipment and tools by cleaning and performing routine inspections.
• Adhere to project schedules and assist in meeting deadlines by completing assigned tasks timely.
