Accounting Clerk Our client is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk. This position is a full-time opportunity located in Urbandale. Starting Pay: $20.00-$23.50 DOE Hours : 8:00am-5:00pm Duties: Invoicing, processing deposits, collection of receivables, and payables. Posting A/P & A/R (approximately paying 50 bills/week and creating 150-200 invoices weekly). Posting cash payments in SalesForce account system. Verifying account numbers with department heads on where to apply payments, lots of follow-up. Order Entry into the ERP system (accuracy is very important). Run specific department reports as needed. Requirements: Associate degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience. Accounting knowledge (A/P, A/R, Reconciliation, General Ledger), Strong attention to detail. Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Salesforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Intelligent Staffing
