You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you: Bring proven leadership experience – at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment. Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
