Marketing Manager

Overview Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and long-term product planning for the U.S. market across multiple categories, including bakery items, cakes, pastries, and beverages. Direct the product development lifecycle from concept to U.S. market launch, collaborating with R&D, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product innovation and seasonal alignment. Lead marketing campaigns and promotional programs to drive brand awareness and store traffic, managing brand messaging consistency across all digital and in-store channels. Analyze sales performance data and market trends by identifying growth opportunities and adjusting pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the bakery and cafe industry. Oversee brand identity and packaging direction, ensuring all product presentations and marketing materials adhere to corporate standards and strengthen the company’s market presence.
