Office Receptionist

We are looking to hire a Professional Office Receptionist for our client in Bellevue, WA. Job Title: Office Receptionist Location: Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $28-30 hourly! Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm What’s the Job? Greet employees, visitors, and candidates in a warm and professional way Manage guest check-in, badge access, and host notifications Support visitor logistics as needed, including room bookings, wayfinding, and catering coordination. Submit and track basic facilities requests such as lighting, HVAC, janitorial, and maintenance Act as an onsite contact for vendors, deliveries, cleaning, and repairs Conduct routine walkthroughs and elevate issues proactively What’s Needed? 2–4+ years of experience in reception, office coordination, or workplace support Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic AV/IT troubleshooting experience, or willingness to learn If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
