Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator / Order Entry Specialist to join a growing team. This role is heavily focused on order processing and administrative support, with approximately 90% of the day dedicated to order entry and customer account management and 10% supporting warehouse functions, packing and shipping, and inbound customer calls. Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks for order management, invoicing, and customer records
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Communicate order updates and shipment information to customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving activities as needed
- Support general office and administrative functions
- Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, and customer information
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related role
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Exce
