Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license
• 1+ year RN experience
• BLS required
• HWC required
• Must be comfortable working with mental health patients
• Must recognize mental health as an illness
• Compassionate and able to remain calm when patients make difficult comments
• Proactive during downtime
• Float as needed
• No call

• 24 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:4
• Patient population: Adults ages 18–99
• Common diagnoses/treatment: Detox, depression, psychosis
• Trauma Level: N/A
