Visit to learn more about careers at Lovesac!What You’ll Do As our Director, FP&A you are responsible for providing Sr. Business Leaders with proactive high quality financial information and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making, planning, and execution. This role is accountable for creating financial models and plans to support various strategic initiatives and delivering long-range financial frameworks for Sr. Business Leaders. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed. Assist in the planning and forecasting in support of all business units at both company and operational levels, working cross-functionally across multiple departments and business units to develop a framework of key revenue opportunities and main cost drivers required for the next 3 - 5 years.Work on sophisticated financial and operational modeling in support of all business units at both company and operational business unit levels: build models from scratch, enhance existing models, and consolidate models into company P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow projections.Create detailed complex financial and analytical models to forecast and analyze revenue performance, sales and marketing efficiencies and pricing optimization.Assist in various financial analyses that deliver data driven insights in a structured manner to promote business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory, including assisting in the monthly and quarterly close process. Prepare and/or validate external reporting data and analysis including earnings releases, earnings scripts, MD&A, and Q&A documents.Collaborate with multiple departments on the annual budget process and periodic reforecast process.Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management. Who You AreBachelor’s degree required coupled with basic accounting proficiency.Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in FP&A.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and process information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.Exemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlines. Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings, vendor visits).
