Administrative, Dietitian - Project Supervisor
Permanent full time
Norman, Oklahoma
Days, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Mon - Fri), no weekend required.
Salary $49,483 - 80,828/annually (based on education and experience) with benefits
Requirement:
Need Registered Dietitian having BS degree approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Basic knowledge in areas like (nutrition support, diabetes, cardiology, renal, oncology, etc.)
Also Registration with the Commission on Dietetic.
Oklahoma State Dietitian license is also required.
Two years of clinical experience in an acute care facility.
Experience in clinical diet office or previous supervisory experience at a clinical diet office is required.
Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept. before hire (or within 1 week of hire).
Job Responsibilities are:
- The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is a valued leader in the Food and Nutrition Department
- Leads the clinical nutrition team in providing evidence based nutrition care
- Responsible for clinical nutrition team and diet office/call center
- Collaborates with the medical team
- Leads clinical nutrition performance improvement projects
- Provides nutrition education and training to healers in the department and the health system
- Preceptor for Dietetic Interns
- Super User for nutrition software
